Built at the foot of the Geraneia Mountains, by the natural mineral and thermal water springs, Loutraki has been a popular tourist resort since the 1930s. The town exudes the glamour of a bygone era, with old hotels overlooking the sea and a beautiful promenade with restaurants, patisseries, and cafés. 
In antiquity, the ancient settlement of Thermes, renowned for its thermal springs, stood on the site of present-day Loutraki. The modern spa town stretches along the coastline of the Gulf of Corinth and is vibrant and bustling with activity all year round, particularly during the summer months. Beyond the beautiful seas and the famous thermal baths, one of the best-known casinos in south-eastern Europe is located here.
Visit Loutraki because it is close to Athens, because it boasts beautiful beaches with crystal-clear water, offering both serviced and quieter options, for its wonderful climate, and to enjoy the enchanting sunset as you stroll along the seafront. The town is located at a key point, very close to remarkable archaeological monuments, museums, and monasteries, as well as beautiful nature routes. The Geraneia Mountains host a wealth of flora and fauna and are part of the NATURA 2000 network.
Loutraki offers a unique combination of the mountain and the sea, history and cosmopolitanism, the casino and water sports, and is a destination that is fully aware of how to satisfy every visitor.
