Mix all the ingredients until a thick batter is formed. The yoghurt makes the dough fluffy and keeps the inside soft.
With a spoon, drop small dollops of the batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Serve the fouskakia warm, with honey, cinnamon, and finely chopped walnuts.
