Santorini, known in ancient times as Thera, is one of the most famous islands in the world. It owes this to its active volcano, in whose caldera you can stay, enjoy exceptional local products, and have a drink or coffee while taking in an unparalleled view.
Santorini is located at the southernmost point of the Cyclades and comprises a complex of islands: Thera, Thirasia, Aspronisi, Palea Kameni and Nea Kameni. It is an international gastronomic destination with distinct local recipes, such as melitzanosalata (aubergine dip) made with white aubergines and the famous tomatokeftedes (tomato fritters).
